We are looking for a Product Developer to join our team!

Our growing eco-friendly souvenir company, e3, is seeking a dynamic and innovative Product Developer with Adobe Illustrator design skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and developing product concepts using their knowledge of various production methods. The role requires a keen eye for aesthetics, attention to detail and a dedication to sustainability and eco-friendliness. Ability to deal with overseas suppliers.
Essential experience in overseas supplier management is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with factories on proofing/shipping/quality.
Develop and design new product concepts using Adobe Illustrator
Leverage your knowledge of production methods such as polyresin, enamel, stainless steel, and recycled plastics to ensure feasibility of designs.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs can be manufactured efficiently and sustainably.
Meet delivery deadlines.
Conduct market research to understand current trends in the souvenir market and generate innovative product ideas.
Present product ideas and physical prototypes to company executives and sales teams.
Revise and refine designs based on feedback and tests to ensure they meet company standards, customer preferences, and production cost targets.
Participate in product planning and strategy meetings, contributing with your knowledge and creative insights.
Collaborate with the design, marketing and sales departments to develop effective product marketing strategies.
Manage the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to production.
Stay informed about the latest developments and trends in the eco-friendly and souvenir industry.
Qualifications and Experience:
A Bachelor's degree in product design, industrial design, or related field.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and other design software.
At least 3 years of experience in product development, preferably in the souvenir or consumer goods industry.
Demonstrated knowledge of various production methods including polyresin, enamel, stainless steel, and recycled plastics.
Strong aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail.
Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
Experience in sustainable and eco-friendly product design is highly preferred.
Self-starter with a passion for creative problem-solving.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
